Called for a medication and Matt took his time answering all my questions. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. He was not rushed and made sure all my questions were answered. Fantastic customer service!

I've been getting prescriptions from this pharmacy for some years now and have been very happy with the service. Last summer I started seeing a naturopath who isn't fully familiar with the main health issue that I'm dealing with (no one in Tucson is), and one of the pharmacists was extremely helpful by suggesting a medication I hadn't tried yet, and communicated with my doctor to make sure I started with a small dosage, etc. The only issue I've had was a very minor one, taking a few tries to get it into my notes to put the prescription in a different bottle than it normally comes in and to not have the childproof cap on, both due to how my hands are working these days. Their location near Northwest Hospital is very convenient for me, and it's also very convenient that they're open on Saturday mornings for picking up prescriptions.

I was so impressed with my experience at Acacia Compounding Pharmacy in Tucson. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my dog's heart medication and the compounding process in detail. I was able to have the prescription shipped directly to me, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The medication itself seems to be working well. My dog's energy levels have improved, and he's been much more active. I'm so grateful to have found Acacia Compounding Pharmacy. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of compounded medications!

Easily the best Compounding Pharmacy in Tucson. We have been getting our specialty medications and pet medications filled by Acacia for years now and just love the quality of services, staff, timeliness, and care provided every time we visit. On top of the excellent service provided, the place has a clean and cool vibe with local products throughout. You can tell they care not just about the prescriptions and products they provide, but the Tucson community they are part of. LOVE this place!
