ACRX Specialty Pharmacy

I used to purchase the generic or compounded form of Wagovy (semaglutide) from ACRX where I experienced frequent stomach issues. I stuck with them because they were the cheapest place to buy semaglutide. When their price increased to $300.00 for the maximum dosage of semaglutide (2.4 mg), I decided to go directly to the makers of Wagovy to do a price comparison - to my surprise I discovered that for the 1 month supply pill form of 2.4 mg cost $300.00 while the injectables cost $349.00. So, I switched to Wavogy. It is significantly more effective (less cravings and feeling fuller longer) and no side effects at all! I was quite shocked and happy. I highly recommend going directly to company that makes the product, so you know that you are receiving the real drug with FDA approval and oversight. UPDATE: After posting the review, they called and informed me that they've reduced their prices on the compounded semaglutide. They took the time, so it was appreciated.

They were much cheaper than I anticipated and very friendly and helpful. I picked up a new prescription that required a self injection and asked for a pharmacist consultation to learn how to do that. It’s a busy place, but despite the long line, it went very quickly, and the pharmacist was incredibly helpful. I definitely recommend!

Not sure if you changed your ways of working, but you made it worse. Previously you would wait in line get medicine and pay. Now you wait in line and then wait in line again to pay. Ridiculous what no one knows how to work a register.

While the products are excellent, the service is HORRIBLE! I've tried for a year to work with them. EVERY SINGLE TIME is request a refill of my hormone cream, which is every other month, I have to constantly follow up with them on the phone to make sure they get it in the mail to me. EVERY time, they put it on the shelf instead ana I have to call again and again, to tell them to mail it. After a year of this, I have transferred my prescription to Well Care Pharmacy, who I have used previously. Very sad!

I love this pharmacy! The staff is wonderful great feel of what a local pharmacy should be. Warm friendly helpful employees. They’re efficient great comfortable waiting area.
