Acton Pharmacy is hands down the most amazing business in our area. The personal care they take with each of their clients is second to none. My mom has her medications delivered and they always take the extra time to review everything with her and if needed, also follow up with me. Every staff person I have encountered is kind and helpful and takes the time to listen. You will NEVER get this level of service anywhere else! Why go anywhere else??

The employees at Acton Pharmacy are marvelous. I was recently on vacation and unable to return home due to the recent blizzard. Unfortunately, I had not packed enough of my meds to last an extra week away. Acton Pharmacy saw to it that my prescriptions were transferred to a phamacy near me. The Compounding Team goes above and beyond on a regular basis. For example, they call or text to if it’s time to renew if my order hasn’t shown up, they take time to explain things in a clear and kindhearted manner, and let me know when my prescription is arriving at Theatre Pharmacy (at no extra charge.by the way).. This is what Customer Service looks like.
