I have had two appointments with April Kastner. She does a superb job of listening to her patient's health concerns. She thoroughly reviewed my labs and discussed with me how to address the areas that were out of the normal/healthy range. After many years under the care of various endocrinologists who did not seem to care about my symptoms, I feel like I have finally found a medical professional who is concerned with a patient's wellness and treats the whole person, as opposed to monitoring a single condition. She took thorough notes during my appointment and provided a print-out of her recommendations going forward. I am very happy with Advanced Integrative Wellness!

I have been seeing April Kastner for four months, and I can't say enough about her medical knowledge, compassionate heart, listening ear, and practical recommendations! She diagnosed my hyperthyroidism and gave me steps to heal my thyroid naturally, by changing my diet and lifestyle. I feel so much better, and I am very motivated to continue on this path of becoming and staying healthy. I am always encouraged, after I meet with April!
