After a hospital stay at Regional Memorial South, where I was diagnosed with a bulging disc and disc degeneration, I left feeling scared and completely unsure about my treatment plan. The experience was overwhelming, and I knew I needed a specialist who truly understood both spine injuries and an active lifestyle. I found Dr. Malik while specifically searching for someone with a sports medicine background who would understand my history and goals. From the very first interaction, I felt heard. I was able to get an appointment within two days, and he scheduled my epidural the very next day — the efficiency alone gave me peace of mind. Dr. Malik and his PA have been absolutely incredible. His communication is clear, direct, and reassuring without ever feeling dismissive. He takes the time to explain what’s happening, what the options are, and what to realistically expect. He is extremely personable, respectful, and treats you like a human being — not just another case file. After leaving the hospital feeling uncertain and anxious, finding this level of care was everything. I have been suffering from chronic pain for several years due to a severe medical condition, and Dr. Michael Aiello has been truly outstanding. He understands my pain and helps me manage it through medication, procedures, and thoughtful counseling. He is always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I feel very grateful and comfortable having Dr. Aiello as my doctor. Dr. Neil Amin, who is also part of the team of doctors, is very knowledgeable, friendly, supportive, and consistently goes the extra mile to help you manage your pain. He is also truly wonderful. The nurses and the staff who answer the phones are just as wonderful—warm, friendly, and always ready to help. They consistently go the extra mile, and their kindness makes every visit and every call feel easier and more comforting. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend Dr. Aiello and Advance Relief Institute. They have given me hope, support, and true relief during some of my hardest moments.

I am a 73-year-old retired physician. I know what it's like to be a patient as well as a doctor.. there are not enough words to describe how wonderful the care and the staff are at Advance relief institute. Having been diagnosed with blood cancer which causes pain and deterioration of the body and the mind. It also comes with comorbid neurological medical conditions, which on a day-to-day basis is not easy to live with. I chose to go to the plantation location as it was closest to my home, and turned out to be the best decision I have made when it comes to picking a pain management office. My illness although painful is slow moving. I was originally diagnosed almost 10 years ago, and there is no cure and symptomatically it is progressively ongoing. As a physician, I have learned the importance of finding a facility where the doctor and staff are compassionate and work as a team to ease your pain and treat each patient as if they were family. In my case, at the plantation office Dr Aiello, Carissa and Lily work as a team to ensure that the patient is comfortable and all concerns are addressed, all questions are answered, and the care is unmatched by any other office I have been to over the last several years to manage my pain. As nervous as I may have been when I first walked into this office, I walked out knowing I was in good hands and bonded with everyone at the office. I am writing this review because I can now empathize with other people in pain, and I have been to several other pain management clinics. Knowing you are in good hands and that the office will do whatever it takes within their power to alleviate your pain and put your mind at ease. I would highly recommend this office to anybody suffering from pain especially chronic pain and is living with it on a daily basis. This office has always gone above and beyond what almost in the office I have seen will do to ease your pain and suffering.. speaking as a doctor as well as a patient, I have learned over the years that part of getting better is the trust and faith and relationship you have with the doctor and the people at the office, as well as the care and treatments you receive from that office. This and many other reasons are why I would recommend without reservation, Advanced Relief Institute. I give them five stars and a thank you that words alone would not suffice. Everyone, from the front desk to the administrative staff to the doctors are amazing. It’s a beautiful uncomfortable environment – clean and inviting – and the doctors and APP‘s are friendly, informative, and no exactly what needs to be done to relieve your maladies. From the time I walked in, I never felt scared or apprehensive. They are very clear about the care plan that is being initiated and put forth. I came in initially, thinking that there was nothing that was going to alleviate the pain that I was enduring, nor make me feel like a fully functioning human being. I can’t speak highly enough about the care that I have received from this establishment. They have made me a whole person, able to live my life with a minimum of discomfort. They have made me a whole person and, for that, I will be forever grateful. I refer people to their office when I asked happily and with no compunction. I am blessed, but I was referred to Advanced Relief Institute. They have saved my life.
