Sometimes you find a person who just goes above and beyond and that kind of thing deserves a major shout-out. Dawn at Advantage Pharmaceuticals has been bending over backward trying to help me get my prescription refilled from Sutter (Sutter, you can eat glass, by the way). It has been 11 days. ELEVEN. She has called, faxed, called again, kept me updated -- I loooooathe being the "problem customer," but she has not made me feel that way at all. So MAJOR GRATITUDE to Dawn and to Advantage . . . maybe one day, my refill will actually get sent over, but even if not, I'm incredibly grateful for their help and kindness!

I love this Pharmacy. They are very helpful and really seem to care about their patients. I’ve looked high and low for a more bearable heart medicine, for my little dog and I have found it here. . Sometimes she absolutely will not take pill form. I have found liquid form, heart medication, and transdermal at Advantage Pharmaceutical . Which is so awesome because my little dog could get her meds now and doesn’t have to take those big clunky pills. ( Liquid form, bacon, flavor, and transdermal) This is where you go when you can’t find your medication at your regular vet or anywhere else. Advantage pharmaceuticals, the last line of defense, in absolute necessary medication, Alternative form, for your loved ones that cannot be procured through regular channels. Thank you much A, P. They took care of a special med for my senior cat for a few years. They always did a great job. My girl just passed away. I had to call and let them know I wouldn't be needing the refill I had just requested. Not only were they kind and understanding. They took the time to acknowledge my loss and sent a lovely card. Thank you. ❤️

I wish to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent customer service and care given to my pet Daisy and me regarding filling an order after hours. My dog needs special medication which we had just run out. I tried to get here yesterday and got held up with traffic and couldn't make it prior to their closing time of 5:00 pm. Today I arrived at 5:01 again due to traffic. I was in a panic as my pet needs these Meds on a consistent basis. The pharmacist was already in the car and pulling out of the parking lot and the receptionist was exiting the office and I asked if they were closing she said "yes and the pharmacist is just pulling out but I can run out and see if I can catch her. "She ran out into the parking lot and flagged down the pharmacist and the pharmacist parked her car and came back to the office opened up the lab and retrieved my dogs medications. This level of customer service and their commitment to providing excellence in service went way beyond the norm. In today's business climate this is often so rare to see and experience that I wanted to take time to report this to others. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of special medications made or created under a doctor's prescription for family or pet.5 Stars to Advantage Pharmaceuticals at 4351 Pacific St. in Rocklin California.
