Chronic nagging injuries catch up with us all sooner or later . Often we bite down and soldier through it to enjoy our selective physical passions . For me it’s resistance training and cardio but I’ve had chronic meniscus pain in my knee nearly a year effecting my ability to do cardio or work my legs properly . After researching my options i decided to have stem cell therapy through AgeWise Performance Clinic . With a bit of reluctance I received my shot which was actually quick and little to no pain . Immediately I felt relief and could walk without limping and thought I was just having a placebo effect .
