Alivio Pharmacy

Wrong operation hours shown not just by Google. I'm right now before 6pm at the pharmacy doors & they are closed! Posted on the door are hours M., Wed., Thur., Fri. from 10:30 till 6:30. Tu. 11:30-6:30 & Sat. 9:30am - 3:30pm. I have hard time to trust that the other hours are correct. Nurse walking out of the building said that the pharmacy is closing daily @ 5:30 pm. Note that the pharmacy phone number was erased from the doors. The pharmacy is dirty & easy acces for kids to get OTC medications which are located just at the candies. This pharmacy is below any star grade.

Staff was nice enough. Spent time there trying to get things transferred over. They told me my insurance was invalid. I called my insurance which said everything was fine and they didn't know how to enter things correctly. Insurance told me the pharmacy needed to complete some training and I would hear from them the next day. I never did. My insurance advised me it would be a lot easier to use a larger big name pharmacy that deals with volume. Unfortunately, was a wasted 4-5 hours of my life. :( I was hoping to avoid a big name pharmacy as Alivio is listed in network.

Pharmacy confirmed with my insurance company that they could get a specific medication that I have found difficult to find. The said they could order it and it would be here in 1-3 days. So I drove 5+ miles out of my neighborhood to drop off the prescription and then 5+ miles home. And the NEXT day they called me and lied about having spoken to my INS. Then I had to drive back again to pick up the prescription. I spoke to the pharmacist who could have cared less and chose not to apologize.

Very efficient and courteous staff along with a nice atmosphere.... They go out of there way to ensure you get the right medication.
