KAREN IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She helped answer all my questions, had the patience of a saint and followed up with me. I CANNOT THANK HER ENOUGH FOR ALL SHE DOES!! She definitely went above and beyond!! I so appreciate this business as my copays for doctor visits and medications have rapidly increased. This place has helped me immensely and I would recommend it with 10 stars! Again, highly recommend and thank you for everything!

Was a little slow at getting my prescriptions sent out, but they did reach out and explained it was because of the 47% off President’s Day sale they just had (which, by the way, it was a GREAT sale!). I was expecting the slower shipping time, but because it took extra time to fill the order, they sent it out by FedEx overnight. Thank you. I will recommend this pharmacy and will use it again. Prices are better than the competition that offer the same services.

Faith was a pleasure to deal with. I like some experience that I had with someone with another woman who answered the phone I believe is of oriental origin or Asian, who seems to be not so nice at time but faith was a pleasure she did everything. I asked her she got everything done for me with a smile and a good attitude she deserves s raise To be honest, I didn’t like calling you because she was late to answer. The phone was just not nice. I’m not trying to throw anybody under the bus, but I know that it’s important that your customers get greeted nicely firmly and one person can make a big difference in that not happening so it’s just my two cents and since I was in that industry for 25 years and Hormone replacement business I know how important it is to be nice on the phone to everybody thank you and have a good holiday and appreciate your company

Heard a lot about AFF and what they have to offer so I decided to give them a try. After making my purchase I noticed that I had made an error & called them. I was lucky enough to have Faith as my point of contact & she fixed my error with a smile & even upgraded my shipping to expedited for no extra charge!! AFF was quick & painless, has my medication in two days!! Thank you Faith and AFF

Very kind and helpful.Prescriptions are better than CVS and Walgreens. Better ingredients and less side effects! Highly recommend. I’ve used them for 2 years now!
