Alto Pharmacy

I’ve been using Alto Pharmacy for about 5 years and absolutely love them. They make it so easy and convenient to get my medications delivered, often at low or no cost. They always provide free needles, syringes, and sharps containers, and the experience is completely judgment-free compared to traditional pharmacies. Their chat support is great, and they’ll even contact your doctor for refills. Truly an amazing service—thanks for all you do! 5 stars!

I have been a happy customer with Alto for a number of years now… It’s really one of the gifts of living in San Francisco as far as I’m concerned! I am so grateful not to have to stand in line at my previous neighborhood pharmacy…. Covering my face to not get infected by the crowd around me! Sometimes I price check other options than Alto…. As there is one prescription that is more affordable if I get it online…. but I order most of my prescriptions through Alto and I am extremely grateful for this Pharmacy! A number of friends and family who live in other cities, don’t have this possibility!

At one time they were a fantastic delivery pharmacy that could get my drugs to my door without issues. However, they've since changed their software so I cannot request they don't send my automatic refills via USPS, as the USPS drivers never actually deliver to my home, they drop my drugs at a depot far away. I pleaded with them that I would pay literally anything to get the regular courier to my door service restored, but they told me I could either manage every delivery by hand every month, or change pharmacies. I changed pharmacies to the Express Scripts, what a sad end to a business relationship I was formerly really happy about.

Got our first delivery--absolutely first rate. On time. Carefully placed by the front door. Perfectly wrapped in ice, as required. I am now smiling...

Alto is the worst pharmaceutical. They won't send you the medicine on time. When you complain they will tell you that the product that needs freezing you can use it broken down. There is no product warranty. If you complain, they won't attend to you. They will not refund unauthorized charges. Please, if you appreciate your health, change your pharmacy.
