I was not very impressed with this $150 consultation. I expected to hear more than basic information about diet and exercise—things I already know from my primary care doctor. I thought I’d be seen by a doctor who specializes in peptides and longevity biohacking, but instead, it was a nurse practitioner. The nurse and staff were very nice, which is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1. Perhaps my expectations were too high based on the website’s description of services, but I didn’t see evidence of cutting-edge treatments. Everything sounded pretty basic to me. When I was quoted $1,195 for a 10-week supply of GLP-1 (compounded, not even a brand name like Zepbound or Wegovy), I decided not to proceed with the additional $150 lab work. It was a very disappointing experience overall. I left feeling that $150 for such a basic consultation wasn’t worth the price—I could have spent that money elsewhere for much better value.

But my husband and I see Dr. Jeff and we love him! He breaks everything down in simple terms, but also makes the visit kind of fun! We feel he really cares for his patients
