We were looking for a doctor so that my wife could be seen immediately and we were lucky enough to find Dr. Jain. She was able to get us in the same day. We were so pleasantly surprised by the level of care received. The doctor was knowledgeable and involved in every step of the care from examination to blood draw to x-ray. If you’re looking for an un parallel level of care an expedited appointment looked no further. Will be back to use all of the amazing anti-aging treatments. A great resource for anyone in the Orlando area.

Dr. Jain is charismatic and I am amazed with her friendliness and her skills in drawing blood and giving shots. We are blessed to have her in the community. Thank you.

I called the office to inquire about hormone replacement therapy. A gentleman answered and said that they were for males. I responded with “great because I am one”. He asked me two more times if I was female. Customer service 101-if a customer says they are female one time-nod your head, say yes and apologize for your stupidity. Not continue asking if the potential patron is lying to you. Then I call back to speak to a manager. He asks me why. I respond with “I’m a patron wanting to talk to an office manager”. As I’m talking I hear another line pick up and a woman says that I don’t need to speak to a manager and hangs up the phone. Without walking in that door, they have shown that they unprofessional and lack customer service skills. I wouldn’t go to them for hormones or to answer basic questions. It also gives the impression that their office is ghetto. If you are reading this post, look at my name. Is that female or male? Get someone with intelligence to be the first point of contact for your office. Give him the sanitation responsibilities. When someone calls with concerns: be polite and show empathy. Do not go to this clinic. There are other competent clinics that will treat you with respect and dignity. If they did all of these things from the beginning, this review would not exist. I better one would have replaced it. Sadly I can’t comment on the Dr that hear such great things about because the customer service in her office lost a potential customer and many others after I spread the word about my treatment.
