My name is Pete Wehe. I would to take this opportunity to thank the Entire Staff at Bay Life Compounding Pharmacy for taking such wonderful care of me since around 2013 when I was involved in a life altering car crash. The entire staff have made my life so easy when dealing pharmacies. I don't have to worry big corporate pharmacies trying to force me into Rx by mail and multiple programs to reduce their workloads or protect them from Billion dollar lawsuits. I look forward to seeing everyone who have become friends every month. When I can't pick the Rx's up, they offer home delivery with no additional charges and many times, same day delivery. It reminds me of a small town pharmacy that knows and understands my health challenges and go above and beyond their responsibilities to make the last 182 transactions seamless. Bay Life should be proud of their staff and encourage them to continue their excellent service.They are all top of the line professionals and not once have I ever exited with any questions nor confusion. Thank you again for your care and support. It means more to me than any shady BOGO Specials or other nefarious lures to entice into Pete Wehe

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for years and am now VERY disappointed. I purchase a $50 bottle of Gabapentin for my pet from them that I administer twice a day. When 2020 happened they ended up having to use a different compounding agent to mix my gabapentin with that made all of the syringes unusable as the plungers were sticking like glue after 2 to 3 uses even after I wash them immediately and used Vaseline. The end of 2025 I received a batch that was the same, asked them for extra syringes since they changed the product again. They told me I would have to come to the store to get a few more even though it's way out of the way and I always paid $10 extra for delivery. It wasn't enough, they then told me I had to pay for shipping if they would send me a couple more. I then told them if I was going to order another batch they would have to deliver extra syringes with the order. They said they would so, I went ahead and ordered it and received my delivery today with one syringe. When I called I spoke to a very rude man on the phone who said he was going to have to charge me for extra syringes. I told him it is not my fault that they changed their compounding agent and he didn't care to take care of his customer and basically called me a liar saying that nobody else had this problem which is a flat out ludicrous lie. The $50 bottle is useless after 3 doses, so they're saving money by using a cheaper compound and want us to spend more money for the syringes. Letting everyone know to be aware of this, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I guess this was a God Send, as I just found out I can get double the amount for the same price through Chewy, and they're not skimping and using a cheaper compound. With everything getting smaller now and of worse quality their products and service are falling right in that category!

The entire staff is great @ Bay Life! I needed my dog's medicine refilled before I went out of town & normally it takes 3 days to compound it & they had it for me the next day after requesting a refill. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I was in town for a few days from out of state and had a prescription sent here that needed to be filled. After confirming the timeline with the staff multiple times, it sounded like everything would be ready without any issues. What I did not realize is that the product has to be made offsite and delivered to them. It ended up arriving an hour late. Even then, instead of helping me right away, they told me it would take another hour and a half before they could finish it. I did not have that kind of time and had to leave town without the medication. Super disappointed with how this was handled and with the lack of urgency from the staff.

They lack in customer service. Sometimes when I call, I get put on hold and then hung up on. Or they will pick up and put me on hold without saying anything. Very short on the phone- I get that they are extremely busy but a simple effort in your tone and how you address CUSTOMERS goes a long way.
