I have been going to Biobalance for almost 10 years getting pellets for HRT due to a personal situation that happened to me at age 30. I had been to other places that wouldn't listen to my symptoms even if my numbers were in the normal but maybe 1 point away from high they wouldn't change anything to help me feel better. BioBalance has been nothing but helpful and the staff is all really nice and helpful. My life has change in so many ways going here!

I feel as if I found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! I have battled so many health problems for decades that have been healed by BioBalance! I believed I would need my knees replaced before my hormone therapy. Now I don't even have pain in my knees. There are other issues that I saw many Dr.s about for so many years but never had the issues fully resolved. My thyroid levels are now normal and it has changed my life! From the receptionist, who is the most pleasant, fun person ever, to the nurse practitioners and Dr.s, you will be well taken care of. I love this practice!

Dr. Sullivan is amazing! She’s knowledgeable, professional and caring. She made me feel very comfortable and that she was invested in my health. She helped me figure out what was going when I was feeling out of wack instead of just writing an Rx. I’m so grateful to have her as my doctor!

I had previously left a review that was critical of their communications. I must admit when I am wrong. At my initial consultation I was given a folder that contained all the email addresses and phone numbers I needed. I had forgotten all about that folder. I just had my second visit, and despite my misinformed review, I was treated wonderful. Thanks to the entire staff.
