By far the best price around on most meds. The staff is amazing and they REALLY know their stuff. We've been using them for years and I'm so bummed that now I have to switch my maintenance meds to mail-order since I got a new job but we will continue using them for all our non-maintenance medications. I definitely suggest them to anyone who wants to be more than just a number!

I had a very disappointing experience with Blue River Pharmacy. I needed a compounded medication in gel form, but what I received was runny and completely unusable. When I requested a refund, the pharmacist was rude and dismissive. She insisted that my veterinarian (who is three hours behind us) call her directly, and even wanted me to make another trip back to the pharmacy after that conversation. I explained that I didn’t have time to keep going back and forth, especially since the error was on their end. I did eventually receive a refund, but the unprofessional attitude and lack of accountability left me very frustrated. Accuracy and customer service are essential when it comes to medications, and unfortunately, this pharmacy failed on both.
