I am a patient of Dr. Nada in my 3rd year of hormone therapy. At first I was very apprehensive about this treatment. But after watching a special on PBS about the benefits of Bio Identical Therapy I decided to give it a try. I did my research online and found Dr. Nada. Upon my first visit, I was greeted by a warm & welcoming office staff who made me feel very comfortable. Their work character and manner was most satisfactory. My appointments are always made at my convenience and the office staff always very enthusiastic about my success with my treatments. They go above and beyond to respond to my emails or calls not only during work hours but also on weekends. On my first visit Dr. Nada was very understanding of my apprehension and gently approached all my concerns and questions. I find her to be genuinely interested in my personal needs and very attentive to every detail of my overall health. She has provided guidance throughout my treatments which has improved my overall health. (emotionally and physically) I personally like the individual treatment approach instead of the one size fits all. Unfortunately insurance does not cover these treatments and it is quite expensive. I have made sacrifices to afford these treatments so I can attain a better quality of life. And it is working! I must admit this is the one doctors visit I look forward to! Thank you Dr. Nada for all your personal attention and your expertise in this field! A second thank you from my husband!

I had a difficult time with Bodylogic MD. They do not listen to the patient and the treatment is decided regardless of your feedback. After numerous visits with no success I cancelled my 4th in person appointment. I explained that I was promised changes would be made the last visit and I showed up and they ask me to take no change one last time on my pellet. Before my next visit I ask if the treatment was changing. I was told NO. Once I cancelled I had already located another provider that my sister n law recommended. My current provider could not believe how low some of my levels were and completely changed my treatment. They have tweaked my treatments so now I truly feel the benefits. I did provide this feedback to the office administrator and ask that she pass along to the Dr. I told them I wouldn’t continue because I was not being heard. There are many options out there! Do your research.

Prying on desperate people. No empathy charging an arm and a leg for their questionable services. Didn't even ask me what was troubling me and tried to convince me that a comprehensive panel saliva test run by Verisana was not accurate enough. Didn't ask about my medical history or what symptoms I was having. There was no concerns about any of that important stuff. Also, no doctor should charge an entrance fee of $299 just to get accepted. Let alone charge $599 for just the first 60-minute appointment. None of which is covered by insurance. The entire conversation was an obvious sales pitch. But what kind of doctor needs to use a sales pitch to get new patients?

I agree with the review about the woman who answers the phones. She basically told me within 30 seconds that this practice was not for me because I questioned getting 60 panels of blood work done before speaking to a doctor at all about any of my symptoms. I've had integrative doctors before that meet with you first, have you fill out a lengthy medical history eval and speak with you face to face about what you're experiencing. This woman explained that this is not how they do it and seemed almost threatened by my questions. I think that is is unethical to do any kind of blood work without first speaking to a doctor. I have no doubt that this doctor could be as amazing as everybody says but unfortunately they need to have a different approach for people who are new clients.

This review is intended for the office staff. I have not met any of the doctors so I can not comment on the practice or the medicine. I reached out to find a new doctor, while the woman who spoke to me was very helpful in giving me the information on a doctor I had to stop her and let her know that unfortunately I do not see male doctors. She sounded incredibly dumbfounded, couldn't understand why and then continued to ask me why would I feel that way. I told her I feel comfortable with female doctors only, she said it was really unfortunate and didn't understand and disagreed with me then told me to have a nice day. I was shocked by the way I was dismissed and thrown aside. I felt so awful and I couldn't shake off the way I was just talked to so I called back to ask why she did not recommend the other female doctor, she said she was not available and there was nothing she could do for me. I let her know I felt incredibly dismissed and she should have just told me that in the first place and NOT ask why I felt so uncomfortable with a male doctor. She dismissed me again and told me to have a nice day. PLEASE body logic PLEASE educate your staff on the way they speak to potential patients. You don't ask a person why they don't want to see a male doctor, you don't dismiss the fact you disrespected someone's feelings and you certainly don't talk over them.
