Absolutely terrible company. Sent a package as needing signature “on accident” resent it and missed the shipment time and medication was delayed 4 days. Which is HORRENDOUS in regards to fertility medication. Additionally they are rude and unhelpful in correcting this issue.

I've been coming here for compound meds for my bunny for quite a while now, at least a year if not more. They have been great to do business with, had the best price out of the 3 pharmacies my vet works with, and I've never had a problem with any orders .... they also offer both pick up and shipping which is super convenient. I really appreciate them!

You are the worst pharmacy we have ever dealt with—I could have lost my life because of you. We called to follow up on my doctor’s prescription, and I told them my medication’s name Microdose Lupran, but the pharmacist said, “No, it’s HCG.” I assumed it might just be an abbreviation. After taking it for several days, I started experiencing persistent headaches. One morning, I woke up feeling cold and too weak to do anything. I called out to my husband, but he didn’t hear me. I tried to gather my strength and get to the bathroom, but as soon as I arrived, I lost consciousness. The next thing I knew, my husband was shaking me forcefully, calling my name as if from a distance. He washed my face, gave me something sweet to eat, and massaged my limbs. We then called the pharmacy and told them the name of the medication. The pharmacist said they would call back shortly. Later, my doctor called and informed me that there had been a mistake with the medication and that they would send the correct one immediately to prevent ovulation from occurring too soon, as the one I had taken induced ovulation. Even though it turned out to be the best cycle I had, with 13 eggs retrieved, only one was fertilized. By the fifth day, they told me it couldn’t be transferred because it was not of good quality.

Braun Pharmacy has been wonderful to work with during a stressful time in my life. Every interaction I’ve had with the employees has been pleasant and helpful! I’ve received my prescriptions quickly each time they were mailed. When I had to pick up a prescription that needed to be refrigerated, they packaged it nicely with an ice pack in an envelope that was insulated to keep the cold in. Michael, in particular, was so kind to speak with in person. I’m so thankful to have such kind people helping me along my medical journey. Thank you for such great service!

Two days ago I called this pharmacy to ask for a compounded medicine for my cat. They had my info in their system because I have been ordering from them four years ago but I stopped ordering medicines for my cats from them because the service was very poor. Now I decided to give them a second chance because I thought that for four years they must’ve improved their service. The woman who spoke with me on the phone asked me to sent an email with the prescription and my phone number and she said that she will get back to me the next day in the morning. It’s been two days now and nobody got back to me regarding this prescription so I ended up ordering the medicine for my sick kitty from a different pharmacy. I can see that for four years their customer service hasn’t improved much.
