Dr Breen saved my life. After he did a CIMT on me he told me to get a CT angiogram of my heart ASAP. I should've moved faster but I finally got it done and it showed my arteries are SEVERELY blocked. He's also very up to date on the latest research and very generous with his time and knowledge. I did my research and read many reviews before settling on The Breen Center. I did not believe all of the positive reviews, as so many sounded unrealistically good. I WAS WRONG!. These guys turned my health around, I dropped significant body fat, put on lean muscle, came out of Type 2 diabetes, dropped my cholesterol from the 400's, I don't think I have ever looked better. I was so impressed, I introduced my wife and all 3 of my older brothers (one lives in Australia) to these guys and all have had significant results. I believe they have undoubtedly saved lives. Cat, the nutritionist is a God send, I thought I knew nutrition but after a year of working together I now for the first time think I understand what my body needs.
