Chris' Express Drug

Absolutely the best pharmacy I or my family has ever used. And for more than a decade now it is the only Pharmacy that we use. Chris is super friendly very very knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to help just about anyone who needs it. He cares for his customers and looks after them like he's a doctor himself. I had two doctors in a week give me conflicting information on my meds just this week and I immediately called Chris for an answer on what directions I should follow hahaha family-owned and operated!

Love Chris’s pharmacy the whole staff is so welcoming and friendly! Love that they were open during snow storm to be there when emergencies happen! You feel like a part of the family when they are always there for you and family! Highly recommend switching your family to this local establishment! 10/10 service, staff, medication needs. They also carry Russell stover chocolate and local soaps and candles and some household products, and a toy selection to get your kiddos feeling better quick!

I came here right after a doctor’s visit to pick up my prescription. They told me they were preparing the other meds, and after about 10 minutes a tech came over to explain that one medication would cost $116 even with insurance. She kindly showed me how to find a coupon online, and thanks to her help, I only paid $35 instead! That level of customer service really goes a long way. I originally came here because my whole family uses this pharmacy, but now I see why, they’re genuinely helpful and care about their customers. Highly recommended!

Update*** after this post I've seen this store do 180 degree change. They have been great. I have not had one issue and I'm currently moving all my family to this drug store. I am very appreciate of the change and how they committed to being the best pharmacy. I would give a zero star if I could. This is the second time I came to pick up my medication since it was charged to my insurance on July 1st. I was told they didn't have it even though I received the text saying it was ready. They said due to the 4th of July it won't be until the following Monday. So I came today to get it st 1900 hrs and guess what..now the wholesaler forgot to get it to them. They are beginning to be as bad as Walgreens

I have been waiting for 27 days on a prescription to be filled, I call and call and NEVER have I received my medicine when I hand walked the Rx in myself. I have been waiting 10 days for another one on transfer. Be prepared to wait and never hear back from them. I'm in tears and still WAITING. A. L. Rogers
