Clark's Compounding Pharmacy

We were so happy to discover Clark’s Compounding! They were able to make a suspension for my cat, rather than stuffing a pill down her throat every day. The refill process is easy to use and their communication is great. Highly recommend!

An ND recommended Clark's and although it was a $10 increase in price from what I'd been paying for my prescription, I went with it because I trusted her judgement. Within the year, the price went up another ten dollars. No big deal, I guess. I just paid it. The following year, there was a slight snafu, my ND called in my script incorrectly, Clark's called ME about the mistake rather than my ND and the confusion was especially stressful considering I was about to run out of my medication. I asked for them to call my doctor, not me, being that I had no power to order my prescription. I mean... ??? With two doses left, I got a confirmation call from Clark's and they quoted me $50 more than what I had been paying. I had no choice than to pay it, I didn't want to argue, I didn't have time to find another pharmacy and was deeply stressed, I opted to address the price increase at a later time. I just needed my medication. When I called a few days later about why I'd been charged $50 more, I received a lecture about how ALL of the prices had gone up $10 because the cost of business had gone up and I waited patiently to address the $50 increase... "Oh, yeah that seems a bit high. I'll just change that to (a price that reflected a ten dollar increase) and that's what you'll pay next time". I didn't bother explaining how there won't be a next time and am still wondering why I have not received a refund for the extra $40 being that she recognized I'd been over charged. Clark's can throttle the prices however they see fit, she proved that. Why they chose to gouge me is a mystery, but I'd like to let them know that I this practice will only serve to harm their business. You got away with an extra $40, congrats, but the damage we can do as consumers in this day and age with wide reaching platforms by which to share information will negate any nickels/dimes you may have successfully scammed. You've lost this customer, by choosing to keep the extra $40... do the math. And do better.

I've had two phenomenal experiences with the kind ladies at Clark's in a week. They are great communicators, coordinate with doctors with ease, and provide a service 90%+ other pharmacies cannot. They do not work with insurance, so be aware of that, but the medications I needed were a completely reasonable price. It's also super cool to see the folks in the back working on making medication right there. Thanks Clark's.

I always have a good experience with Clark’s ! They are very responsive, communicative and informative. This past week, I called last minute - the day before Thanksgiving weekend - because I had been out of town and I had run out of one of my prescriptions and needed it last minute before the long weekend. I called and they said they could have it ready in 15 minutes ! I was blown away ! Love them !!!

I love Clark’s Pharmacy! They go above and beyond with bioidentical hormone formulations for me and with custom meds for my geriatric cat. If you would feel better with real human beings looking out for you, this is the place for you.
