This pharmacy made a business decision to cancel my prescription refill due to not renewing their contract with my insurance company. I was not notified of this decision, and have gone almost 3 weeks without my medication, and I'm really feeling those results. The least they could do is communicate to me to allow me time to transfer the refill to another pharmacy. I was not aware of their cancellation until I called to find out why my prescription had not been refilled. Someone in management should be fired here in my opinion.

Absolutely unacceptable service. I contacted this pharmacy with a legitimate question about a treatment and was met with shocking rudeness — the employee simply hung up the phone. This is not just bad customer service; it’s irresponsible behavior for a healthcare-related business. If this is how they handle basic phone inquiries, I can only imagine how they treat patients in more serious situations. Zero professionalism. Zero respect. I will never contact or recommend this pharmacy again. And if there’s option for minus star I will definitely choose it👎

The service is usually quite prompt and reliable, although I have had communication difficulties at times when calling in with questions. Customer service seems to be hit or miss depending on who you reach. My major quibble is their refusal to offer auto-refills. It would be helpful if they offered this option for patients who rely on the same medications every single month. For those of us with executive dysfunction and other barriers that prevent us from remembering to manually refill our meds every month, it’s incredibly frustrating to have to do so every single time. This policy has caused me to go without my medication too frequently while I wait for my manual refill. No explanation is given for why this is a policy, beyond being repeatedly told, “it’s because we are a compounding pharmacy.” Frankly, this excuse makes zero sense as I have worked with multiple compounding pharmacies across the country who automatically refill my medications and notify me via a simple text message reminder. Surely this is a process improvement that would help many patients avoid missing doses of crucial medications. Hopefully you will consider implementing it!

I have always had a positive experience with Community Compounding Pharmacy. The pharmacist is always nice and the admin folks are always great to work with. If they have questions for me they often call before I can make the call to let them know what’s up. If they make a mistake, which has only happened once, they own it and fix it immediately. I’ve only had great experiences filling with them.
