Have been going to Blue tail for orthopedic treatment and am very pleased with personal, professional, and thorough care I am receiving. Dr.crane and his staff answered all my questions and concerns and have been providing a successful medical regenerative and functional treatment plan and ideas so far for my knees, shoulders, back, and hip. Drove all the way from Lake Ozark (3 hour drive) to see Dr. Crane - and the day before the office even called me to change my appointment to an hour earlier - and ended up seeing a Physician Assistant for my first visit because…..”Dr. Crane was too busy!” WOW!! And he was referred to by a family member - WHO IS A DOCTOR ALSO! SO PROFESSIONAL COURTESY was thrown right out the window too!
