Showed up 30 minutes early for my DOT physical and they got me right in. Doctor was thorough and quick. The office is very clean and well decorated. You can tell she really takes pride in her practice. They even have complimentary drinks and snacks.
The provider was AMAZING. She really cares about sitting down and speaking to me about my issues not only current issues but how to prevent future issues going forward. She talked with me for a good amount of time and didn’t make me feel rushed or undervalued. Her entire staff was very warming and made you feel very comfortable throughout the entire process.
Staff was very nice. Front desk staff had a pleasant smile and great attitude. Care provider was very knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable with talking to her about my needs and goals. I was pleased to hear her say that she would never recommend something for her patients that she would recommend for herself I thought that was great.
10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It’s hard to explain some things but in short, I am more than satisfied and my expectations were exceeded!!! I am so grateful to have found this practice and it is already life changing for me to have a physician who is thorough, educated, communicative, and caring in everything they do!!
An urgent matter arose that required immediate lab work. Fortunately, I could easily schedule online without any problems. Shortly after, I received a call to confirm my availability. I managed to take a brief break from work, get my lab work done efficiently, and return to work promptly. There was minimal waiting time, and the staff was as accommodating as ever. I'm incredibly thankful for the smooth experience.
