What could have been a stressful and overwhelming situation was made so much easier because Gina went above and beyond to help us. She was patient, compassionate, and incredibly proactive in finding solutions. She took the time to explain the process, followed up on our behalf, and treated us with genuine kindness and urgency. As a parent, having someone advocate for your child’s health means everything. Gina did not treat us like just another number she made us feel supported, heard, and cared for. At a time when I am seriously ill, they went above and beyond to make sure I got my medications quickly. When you call you get a human who will help or direct you to the person who will. Great compounding pharmacy! I have had such a great experience. I got my Rx called in on Wednesday. The pharmacy is in Florida and I am in Colorado so I wasn’t sure it would arrive before I ran out. They sent the script out the same day and I received it on Friday. I am thrilled at the attentiveness. Thank you!
