First time doing PDO threading but William and staff were great. I’m an over thinker and will admit I probably bugged them the first few days after the procedure making sure everything was normal (swelling, etc) but William always made himself available and made sure all my questions were answered. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend Gemini Health & Wellness without thinking twice! I will definitely be coming back for any future procedures or treatments I may like to have done.

Paid $50 for a consult. Spoke with the doctor and decided to move forward. Scheduled the procedure. Doctor prequalified me with Cherry financing which I thought was great. I put the appt on my work schedule and was super excited. Later that same day, around 4:30pm, I received a call from the doctor advising he hasn’t received payment. I said, I’m sorry I am not sure what you’re talking about. I explained I had already paid the $50 for the consult. He said I need to pay a deposit for the procedure and if I don’t pay before 5pm they will cancel my appt. This unknown deposit amount, was NEVER discussed during the consult. I explained that I pay for services after they had been rendered. He said, well then we will cancel your appt. I have had many appts for Botox, filler, facials etc and NEVER been asked to prepay. It was super sketchy and honestly really tacky. Especially after I paid the $50 for the phone consult! Watch out - something isn’t right with this place.

I’ve had an excellent experience at this clinic and highly recommend it. The facility is clean, modern, and equipped with a fitness area, which is a huge bonus for both treatment and training. My physiotherapist, Sharon Li, is truly outstanding. I injured my left shoulder from sports, and her combination of professional techniques—acupuncture, manual therapy, and targeted exercises—has helped me recover quickly. After just a few treatments, I already feel a big improvement. Sharon is not only very skilled, but also patient and caring. She communicates clearly in both English and Mandarin, which makes the whole experience even more comfortable. The clinic’s fitness team is also fantastic. Both of my kids work out with coaches Alvin and Maxine, who focus on proper technique and strength training. Their guidance has really helped my children build a strong foundation for volleyball. Overall, this clinic provides top-quality care and a very supportive environment. I’m grateful for everything they’ve done for me and my family. Highly recommend!

I’m not usually the type to write reviews, but I had to for this clinic because they truly changed my life. When I first came in, I was discouraged and honestly tired of trying to lose weight on my own. I had tried different diets and quick fixes, but nothing ever lasted. From my very first appointment, I felt comfortable. The staff are absolutely amazing … warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They never made me feel embarrassed or judged. Instead, they listened to me, encouraged me, and made me feel supported every step of the way. The clinic itself is so relaxing. The space is clean, peaceful, and calming … it doesn’t feel clinical or intimidating at all. Walking in always felt like a breath of fresh air, and that alone made a huge difference in my experience. What I loved most was that they created a plan that felt realistic. It wasn’t extreme or overwhelming. They explained everything in a way that made sense and checked in with me regularly. I never felt alone in the process. Little by little, the weight started coming off. But even more important than the number on the scale, I felt better. I had more energy, my clothes fit differently, and I finally started recognizing myself again. That confidence boost meant everything to me. This clinic didn’t just help me lose weight , they helped me build healthier habits that I can actually maintain. I’m so grateful for their incredible staff, their support, and the calming environment they’ve created. If you’re feeling stuck like I was, I truly recommend giving them a chance. My mother and I had an extremely upsetting and humiliating experience at Gemini Health and Wellness on February 27. The staff member, named Nicole at the front window was immediately rude and confrontational. The very first thing she said to us—loudly and in a disrespectful tone—was, “Does she speak English?!” There was no greeting, no attempt at courtesy, and no professionalism. When I explained that my mother understands some English but is not fluent, she became visibly irritated and blamed us for not informing the insurance company, even though we were never told there was such a requirement. She then abruptly told me I was not allowed to accompany my own mother. When I offered to simply help translate, she refused and insisted on a paid interpreter, speaking in a condescending and dismissive manner the entire time. Her behavior was not only unprofessional—it was discriminatory in tone, degrading, and completely lacking in compassion for a patient with a language barrier. My mother was made to feel small, unwelcome, and embarrassed. No patient or family member should ever be treated this way. I work in a large healthcare organization where respect, dignity, and patient-centered care are basic standards, which is why this experience was so shocking. This employee’s conduct reflects very poorly on your facility. Management needs to address this immediately. Patients deserve clear communication, cultural sensitivity, and basic human respect—not hostility and humiliation.
