I recently had the pleasure of having Jessica provide an in-home IV treatment for me, and she did an absolutely amazing job. From the moment she arrived, she was professional, kind, and reassuring. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Her technique was flawless — she found the vein quickly, the IV placement was smooth and painless, and she constantly checked in to make sure I was feeling okay. Jessica’s caring demeanor and attention to detail really stood out. She created such a calm, supportive environment that I felt completely at ease the whole time. The appointment scheduling process was seamless and a very impressive quick turnaround time given I scheduled on a very early Sunday morning and my nurse came out 4 hours later! The IV helped with my illness symptoms.
