Grand Specialty Pharmacy

**DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!** I’ve never seen this level of disorganization..EVER! No one knows what they are doing. You will get a different story depending on who you speak with. I’ve been waiting for my prescription for 3 days now! I was told it would be delivered on the first day..nothing showed up. Told it would be delivered the same day on the next day and now just received a call from Bell saying “oh I don’t know why they told you that..yeah no…it won’t come today”. This place is a joke!! Take your business elsewhere because Grand Specialty Pharmacy DOES NOT care about your business!

Bell in the Compounding Department is the best! She always makes sure my prescriptions are right. She treats me with kindness and patience.

If I could give -1000 stars, I would. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I’ve been trying to get my son’s prescribed medication for over a week, and the pharmacy staff has been completely irresponsible. Every time I call, they blame the delay on needing approval from my dermatologist. I called my dermatologist directly, and they confirmed they’ve already spoken to the pharmacy multiple times. I’ve gone through this back-and-forth at least 20 times — and still, no medication. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is disgusting, especially when it comes to people’s health. Do better. People’s health is not a joke.

I’ve never experienced such poor service from a pharmacy. It has taken weeks to get a basic prescription filled, and every time I follow up, I’m met with a new excuse, none of which are consistent or helpful. The staff seems disorganized, unresponsive, and uninterested in resolving the issue. This level of unprofessionalism is not only frustrating but also unacceptable, especially when it comes to people’s health. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who values timely, competent care.

First time, called prior and spoke with Jackie! Super helpful, funny and informative while speaking to me about my prescription before pick up. Upon arrival super quick, hard working and friendly face. Ask for Jackie! Beautiful smile and great customer service working as a pharmacy tech.
