Greenbrier Pharmacy & Compounding Lab

I know ppl have opinions,but reading that this pharmacy, or any of the the compassionate ppl working there would lie to get your money is just bogus. I have known Misty and Todd for feels like a majority of my life, and they go above & beyond what any staff is required to make sure you get the best service, and taking money is the one thing you don't have to worry about with them. I know my insurance has messed up and they personally call and do whatever possible to clear the issue. I'm grateful for everything they've done to assist me. Tenncare is a pain, and I dislike dealing with them ,but Misty & Todd dealing with Tenncare on my behalf is a blessing If ya know, ya know...😂So anyone looking for a pharmacy with reliable, friendly, compassionate, and TRUSTWORTHY Owners/employees this is definitely where you want to go to put not only you, but your family's care/service to. Just see for yourself!😃 Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. That being said we all know what opinions are like, and what they can make you look like. Thank You to the team @ Greenbrier Pharmacy for all your services you provide, and treat us as customers as you would if it was for you, and your own family. Keep up the GREAT 110% WORK!!!!!

Once again Todd is the best!! He helped my 90yo grams get her medical transferred from CA to TN - Todd is always on top of it and makes your experience awesome! Best Pharmacy I've ever been too.. they are polite and always on top of everything!

Always helpful and easy to pick up medications.

I have had two negative experiences recently whether as to who was right or wrong in this situation doesn’t make it right for how absolutely rude the owner was in interrupting me before I was done speaking or his mannerism towards me. I will definitely go elsewhere.

Every staff member I’ve interacted with here whether in person or over the phone was incredibly rude. For absolutely no reason. Stopped using the pharmacy years ago due to this plus issues with prescriptions. The Grill that’s affiliated with the Pharmacy has a phone number but it always goes to voicemail, and in turn rightfully so they should lose business. The men who work at the Grill are considerably creepy, and the woman who also works at the Grill just seems very uninterested. The food is honestly incredible every time I’ve had it, but they’ll never have my business again due to the fact that these people are beyond rude. Some hospitality training would really benefit these folks and I’m not sure if maybe they just had a bad day?? But chance after chance I’ve just ending up with the same result, and they’ve lost my money completely. The younger pharmacy/cashier staff members, mostly females, act like the most entitled brats you’ll ever meet. Look beyond unhappy to be at work. Probably the worst cases of RBF I’ve ever seen. If they’re that unhappy they really need to find a new job :) In conclusion, creepy men, rude staff, good food, short wait time for food, but overall, super super sucky.
