We’ve been coming to this local pharmacy for several years and the service is always excellent. The staff is professional, and incredibly fast—you never wait long for prescriptions. This pharmacy consistently provides a personal touch that truly sets it apart from the big box pharmacies in town. Highly recommend if you want reliable, quick, and caring service right here in the community!
I love supporting locally owned businesses. And this one deserves 10 stars!🤩 I had a compound prescription made here and it was ready in less than a week. I was told by other pharmacy’s that it would take 2-4 weeks. I am very thankful.
My meds were sent here and I live an hour away. I waited for any notification that my meds were ready and got zero communication. I finally called about 2 weeks later after I remembered that I had medications and was told it's my phone's fault that nothing was sent to me. There was no text or call sent to my spam I finally find time to go down about another week later and I'm told it's not ready. Then I'm told that they put it back. The girl at the window said to go around the block and she will have it ready. So waste gas when I can sit here for just a moment for her to get it? I circle around and two cars are lined up now so I have to wait longer Y'all need to do better!
Privately run non-franchise pharmacy that focuses on customers first. That's why I keep going - Excellent customer service
I recently had all of my prescriptions transferred to this pharmacy after a move. I hate big box store pharmacies. I've only been a couple of times and have always had a great experience and tried the drive through for the first time in a day that I was running errands before an appointment. What a mistake! I was only the second person in the drive through and after 10 minutes I gave up. Thankfully, there was no one behind me so I backed out and parked and walked in to pick up my prescription. When I did, I mentioned that if they know that someone is going to take longer than 3 minutes they should ask them to park and come in and wait instead of backing up the drive through line. It's inconsiderate of other customer's time.
