Gwinnett Drugs

It is extremely hard to get anyone on the phone. Left messages but they have had my wife's RX for 36 hours and I can't find out (since they don't answer or return calls) when I can pick it up. Just wish they were more customer friendly.

Chris has gone above and beyond helping me with my very complex case! I have to have many meds compounded due to allergic reactions. I have MCAS and an autoimmune condition. He has done his own research into my case to help him and even me better understand it as it is pretty new for me and not something many pharmacists are familiar with. I have spoken to other pharmacists who made me feel like I was too complex or a burden. Not once has he made me feel like that… quite the opposite, he has made me feel like I have someone on my side and really cares. He is very smart and takes the time to figure out a solution or possible solution. I feel like other pharmacists would have never gone this far out of their way to help someone. Nice customer service but I have been here 4 times and every time I come my prescription is never ready and I have to wait 20 minutes. I pay online before I even get there. It would be nice if it was actually ready to avoid the wait. I also have to say every time I go I am the only one there but I still have to wait 20 minutes. I don't understand that part but other than that a good experience.

I've been a customer at Gwinnett Drugs for just a month, but I'm already impressed! The customer service has been top-notch, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They respond to messages super quickly, which is awesome. I'll definitely be sticking with them - highly recommended!

Always a great experience. Staff always willing to help the pharmacist takes time to answer all my questions. 10/10
