Happy Hormone Cottage - Mason, OH

Since becoming a patient at The Happy Hormone Cottage, my health has been much improved. I was referred by a neighbor who had success here and she was right to recommend them. I recall an initial informational zoom meeting with was a great way to go over some of their services. I decided to move forward first with a thyroid evaluation. Cherie Gee was great. You won't get that kind of one on one time at a regular doctors office. She listened to my symptoms thoroughly and explained her recommendations. The thyroid panel she ordered was more extensive than what my previous provider had ordered over the YEARS and it was discovered that I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. She switched me from Synthroid to a compound T3,T4 and it made a world of difference. We've also implemented several supplements as well. I decided later to pursue the Dutch Test hormone panel and have since addressed deficiencies I had as well. Overall I feel physically much better. Just as important though, is the need for a patient to feel seen and heard. Because of the level of care I've received at The Happy Hormone Cottage, I feel like my health matters to them. I also much enjoy the telehealth zoom meet option and Rx shipping options. THE COO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS. I had been with Happy Hormone Cottage for a year when I reached out to make my annual appt. I was not previously notified that the NP I had been working with left. This, along with their customer service rep. not having the strongest communication skills, led to a phone conversation with their COO, Mrs. Smith who attempted to READ ME MY LAB RESULTS. I stopped her, respectfully, and told her that I would not discuss the results of my bloodwork with anyone other than an NP. I inquired about her having access to my patient portal, to which she flippantly responded “Oh yeah, of course.” as if it were normal. She had gotten into my patient portal, sent me messages, and reviewed my lab result without my permission. I was deeply unsettled by this violation. I immediately moved on & have since found a much better fit.

Jackie is very attentive and answers her emails very promptly. She is very kind and allows you to discuss your concerns openly.

Lynn and Jeff have worked hard to bring solutions to HHC that work for women and their hormones. Their staff and what they have to offer can truly help anyone looking to resolve health issues. I found the products from their compounding pharmacy work really well. I was pretty impressed with their hair regrowth treatment.
