Harbor Health and Apothecary Pharmacy

I’ve had such a great experience with Harbor Health and Apothecary. Nick, the pharmacist, really took the time to help me and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants them to feel comfortable and informed. The receptionists are also incredibly kind and welcoming every time I come in. It makes such a difference when a pharmacy feels this friendly and supportive. I’m really grateful to have a place like this in our community.

Fantastic customer service and products. The pharmacist and staff are so personable knowledgeable and helpful. Te pharmacist took time out of his busy day to help me understand the different supplements they carry and how they could help me personally. I feel much better equipped to take care of myself as a result of the time he spent with me. Thank you!!

I’m happy with the pharmacy but since they changed to a policy of charging 3% if using a credit card, I have a few comments. I understand the reason for this decision, however, they should give more than a day to pick up after being notified that the meds are ready before charging your credit card. Also, they should accept checks. Was told that they had no way to process checks which is strange. These days you don’t even have to go to the bank to deposit a check. These are not enough reasons for me to discontinue using the pharmacy but just needed to express my opinion. Every one I’ve dealt with there is polite and professional so no complaints there.

My dog was so sick with what is now known as Cushings. She had been suffering with the symptoms for over a month. I was told I could pick up the medication for 5 more days due to the upcoming holidays and workload. The front desk staff were amazing when I asked if I could anyway get it sooner. They went above and beyond and I picked it up the next day! Thank you!

Believe the positive reviews. This is a gem in our community. As a retired doc who has used many compounding pharmacies over the years, Nick and his team are amongst the best. Professional and kind, they deliver a quality product. Highly recommend.
