HealingSprings Pharmacy

Generally, they are great and I don't have any issues with them...but the woman working the drive up window (07/08/25) seemed to have some sort of problem. Couldn't hear her through the microphone and she gave me lots of attitude. I asked her to repeat something she had said (because either the speaker microphone suck) and she like slammed the phone thingy down. I hope her day gets better so she can be in a good mood because she looked like she'd be fun to be around.

This is a terrific pharmacy, led by women. They are very helpful, ready to discuss any issues. I can't remember when I switched to Healing Springs but it's at least prior to Covid. I have been a satisfied customer and will continue.

Was sent here because my normal pharmacy (kroger) couldn't prepare my script. Waited an extra hour before going to make sure they could get it done. To show up to them not even starting it yet. Mind you what they're preparing helps with the level of discomfort and pain I'm im and seeing how they're 30 minutes from anything make that and hour and a half but stuff happens. I drove all the way to colerain got food and gas to come back and them as for another 15 minutes. And charge me 3 times what kroger does with no rate cut options at all. I'll never be back this place is an over priced snobby Karen hut with zero care for its patience.

I've been using this pharmacy for 13 years now and I only have good things to say about them. They are always so kind and I think they actually care about their customers. You won't get that with a big chain pharmacy. I'll never go anywhere else for my prescriptions.

I have never experienced such an amazing staff from a Pharmacy. They truly care about their Customers unlike chain pharmacies. They cater to your specific needs and are so friendly. I highly recommend this Pharmacy for anyone and specifically those who are sick of dealing with chain pharmacies and the way they treat you. 5+ stars!
