I actually used a Groupon to try Shockwave therapy for the first time to treat difficult knots and adhesions in my upper back and shoulder muscles when my progress plateaued after months of physical therapy and deep manual therapy. Even after two shockwave therapy treatments, I have noticed decrease in pain and improved range of motion. I still have more work to do to gain full range of motion, but so thankful for consultation with Charles Ortega PA-C as I now know that I have other therapeutic options to explore. Irene at the front is totally awesome and valuable in assisting me whenever I need. Irene is such a pleasant and happy person and will go the extra mile to make sure my visits all run smoothly. Rowena the PT is top notch and very attentive to my needs and I can see and feel she wants to help me along my healing process. I recommend seeing her and has access to tools to aide with my healing. The clinic is nicely maintained and everyone I have seen and spoken to are extremely helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Nice clinic, compassionate staff, always caring, Irene is the medical assistant very professional and eager to help, Zenia is very friendly, always finding answers to all your questions, Dr. Ortega prescribed Synvisc injections for my arthritc knees and he got modern equipment to look into the joint cavity just like an X ray but with more detail . Rowena is the physical therapist and I go straight to the physical therapy with no need to leave the building everything is in one suite.The injections along with the physical therapy have giving me a better range of motion then when I just started, less stiffness and more mobility. I recommend Innovare TX to anyone suffering from a degenerative condition such as arthritis.

Dr Charles Ortega is incredible, not only has he taken great care of my health, but he always speak with me at every appointment with kindness,encouragement; ensuring that I am properly informed about my health and care . I would have no qualms in recommending him to family and friends.

I’ve been coming here for about two months because I had major lower-back problems from a pressure point in my mattress. After just one treatment, I started noticing a difference within 3–7 days. By my third treatment, the pain was basically gone. Each session only takes about 15–20 minutes, and every time I come in, I feel even better. The staff here is amazing, and Irene is my girl—she always takes great care of me.
