-- + I have been an Innovation Compounding customer off and on for 15 years. I have happily employed their erectile disfunction drug to maintain a relationship with my still hot wife of 43 years. Their customer service has been professional, impeccable, and wholly satisfying. Recently an order of mine was delayed by unavoidable shipping concerns, thereby causing the serum to become unviable, and Innovations promptly gave me a replacement order at no charge. With this company, I always have the option to speak to real person with a soothing southern drawl. I'm a firm believer in science, and I would recommend this product to any man who really cares about his partner's pleasure. In closing, I can't express how happy I am to still be a stud at 66 years of age. My children and grandchildren also enjoy that Papop and Grandma seem to still be in love. Horrible mail order pharmacy!!! Midi uses them to ship weight loss shots ie tirzepitide. They take FOREVER! Midi requires you see a dr monthly until you hit maintenance dose and won't refill until after the visit. That is fine EXCEPT this pharmacy takes 10 to 15 days to ship out the rx! Don't believe me? I ordered and paid for my refill on 12/26. Money was removed from my account. It is January 7 and still nothing from the pharmacy. No note it was shipped...nothing. I told the Midi provider and she said it was a known issue. DO BETTER INNOVATION COMPOUNDING! Please will another compound pharmacy contact Midi and get this contract.....Horrible business!!!

If you want a pharmacy that moves at the speed of continental drift, this place is for you. TWO WEEKS after my doctor sent in a prescription it still hadn’t arrived. When I called, I was told, “It’s waiting on shipping.” Excuse me? You couldn’t stick it in the mail? Outrageously priced and of course this company has zero interest in filing your insurance to see if the medicine is covered. And a “month’s supply” arrived in a tiny bottle that was enough for two weeks. (And if you read the responses to the one star reviews, they're all pretty much the same... obviously they have no intention of fixing their problems.)

This pharmacy took so long I had to restart my glp-1 over again. I paid and waited over two weeks for my prescription and then they told me to reorder right away. Not only are they MUCH more expensive, charging over 30.00 for shipping --- when I received my prescription the packing date showed that the prescription had sat in the warehouse for 3 days before being sent out. So. Also, I was 100% unresponsive and now I don't trust their compounding skills. I would NOT and will not trust this provider again. I tried for 3 months and it just kept getting worse even after multiple calls.

I have been using Innovation Compounding for many years. Since Revelation Pharmacys bought them out the quality has gone way down. Every time I place an order it takes almost 3 weeks to receive it with a bunch of run around to get my prescription. I cringe when I know it is time for a refill as it is like a part time job calling to see where my prescription is at in the process and will I get it on time and will I get an honest answer. Something needs to change here. It took 5 calls to my Dr's office and 5 calls to Innovation just for them to get my prescription correct. My Dr. called me and told me she had never seen anything like that. That was 3 weeks ago, yesterday. I still don't have my prescription. Last week, I called repeatedly with the promise that my prescription was in shipping and would go out that day and I would receive it the next day. I called 4 days and I even received a email saying it was in shipping ready to go out. But each time when I clicked on when I would receive it, it showed it has not left the facility. I am out of medicine and it doesn't seem to be a concern. This is, bar none the worst pharmacy. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
