They dont keep any records that patients cannot pick up rx and require mailing

The staff went above and beyond there and gave customer service and new meaning. They help me with problems that they did not even create and really understood a person's disability and worked with me and that is not even something I get from a doctor's office. I don't care how much it cost to get good care if you want good care you should definitely come here

I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years. The service has drastically decreased over the years to the point of me feeling the need to warn people. I ordered a refill on 1/23 and asked them to contact DR for authorization on refill. DR did not respond in a timely manner and the pharmacy never notified me. After I called to see what’s taking so long I was advised to call the DR. To which I did. Then the pharmacy needed a clarification on the dose, which was never communicated to me. When I called back to see when I can pick up the prescription, I was notified about the DR not responding. The employee said she would reach out AND call me back so I knew everything has been resolved. NO CALL BACK FROM EMPLOYEE. I then get an email to pay prescription so they can start making, I immediately pay. The employee knew that I was out of the med and said she would let the pharmacist know. Monday rolls around and I still hadn’t received a message that the med was complete. So I call again. They needed to order the medication and it will be in Tuesday, 2/17. I STARTED THIS PROCESS 1/23. I asked the employee to have the owner Ana or Moussoud, please excuse my spelling, to reach out. I still haven’t had a call back since Monday and here it is Wednesday 2/18 and STILL NO MEDS.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Took our money said it would be ready in 48 hours. After 3 days we went to pick it up and they said it won’t be ready till next week. Says right on the medication do not stop abruptly. Now we’re looking at the possibility of seizures without the medication and their attitude was Yeah we’re having some computer glitches. Never again.

Unbelievable experience. They went out out of their way to help me while I was traveling to get my pets prescription because everywhere else compounded with xylitol. I appreciate all the extra steps and going out of their way to help me.
