From the moment I walked into the Institute for Hormonal Balance in Arlington until the moment I walked out, my experience was excellent. This was my first visit, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. A good friend referred me, and she was absolutely right about everything. The entire visit was smooth, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. I was there for just about an hour, and every step flowed seamlessly. The staff made me feel genuinely welcome, and even the paperwork was a breeze since most of my information was already completed. Once I was taken back to the exam room, the momentum continued. Everything moved along efficiently without ever feeling rushed. My nurse kept me well informed throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. Before I knew it, I was finished and on my way. I left feeling cared for, respected, and confident in the quality of care I received. I truly believe I’ve found my place, and I am so grateful for such a wonderful first experience. Yes indeed, I highly recommend!

Great place so far! Practitioner was very friendly, listen to my questions carefully and gave clear answers. Front office girl was a little aloof and distracted. Maybe just a bad day for her. Loved the 3D body scanner! Waiting room was pleasant and they offer tea and water. Info on TV was very informative.

Impeccable care from Mandy, Tammy, Kylie, Priscilla, Tina and all the gals in the office - they have taken care of us both for years for hormone treatment and pellet insertion. My hubby and I both look forward to every visit, even simple blood work since we chat with them all! This is a group that knows their stuff, hormones, which vitamins and nutritional supplements provide optimal skincare, they can do it all - you can’t go wrong with your body and health in their hands, they ARE the best!
