This is simply the best place in the world. They look at you as a whole person. Dr . K saved my life. Her staff is incredible. Her son takes your blood and is wonderful. Tiffany and the office staff work diligently. It’s hard to put into words what this group is about because they are that incredible. They give you links for the supplements, provide quick turnaround after blood drawn and make recommendations that will change your life in the right direction.

I am a 25 yr old adult with PANS, you heard that right... I'm not a kid or a parent, and I gotta be honest... living with this condition sucks, first hand. It took me 20 doctors to finally find integrative medicine orange county, and I'm not making that up, honestly its probably more than 20. Ive been seeing Dr. Kinaly for about 6 months, but held off on writing a review because I know how important they are. Now, I will save you the sad backstory about all the medical abuse I endured before getting to IMOC, but I will say one thing for sure. If you, or your child, has hit the point with a doctor where the first or second treatment doesnt work, the doctor doesnt change the treatment plan, but keep extending the time between appointments.... RED FLAG, LEAVE!!! BUT Dr. Kinaly is NOT one of those doctors. When I started seeing Dr. Kinaly 6 months ago, I came in with IBS that I had been suffering with for 2.5 YEARSSS. I was seeing 5 doctors at the time to try and figure out what was causing it, I was seeing a psychiatrist, a specialized psychiatrist for PANS, a G.I., a rheumatologist, and a general internist. Treatment after treatment, nothing worked or stayed working. I got blamed for not trying hard enough, I couldnt eat anything without pain, but learned to push through it because I was so used to hearing from doctors and family that it was somehow my fault. I was getting so sick from my waitressing job that I was had to quit. By the time I got to IMOC I had pretty much given up. I didn't think it was possible for me to ever eat normally again, much less have a life without getting sick, but in literally 4 months... Dr Kinaly fixed what 5 doctors couldnt. She didnt just look at me like a number, or an issue to be solved, she saw me as a person who wanted a better life for myself. No, I know the time between appointments, and getting that first appointment is long. And A 16 vial blood draw was probably my record, but Ive had so many that at this point I was just happy she wanted to leave no stone un turned, and you know what? There were things, BIG things, wrong with my body/blood that no other doctors caught. She explained what was going on, and what needed to be done when I had no clue. Every encounter with her furthered my faith that she could help me. I was worried she would just give me meds, I was worried she would just give me supplements, I was worried that even if I got both, the supplements wouldnt help because that has also happened before with the previous G.I. I saw. It was a rough detox, I won’t lie, that’s just part of being chronically ill, but Dr. Kinaly made sure that every supplement was FOR something, every supplement would HELP. I was given supplements that I hadnt received in my 20+ doctor appointments because no other doctors cared enough to look at my whole body IN ADDITION to my PANS. Now, I can eat again. Now my care team is mainly Dr. Kinaly because SHE could cover it. I could stop seeing the G.I. because Kinaly looked at my gut, I could stop seeing the rheumatologist because Kinaly acknowledged my PANS. I don’t need to juggle 5 doctors who may or may not help. Im not done with the detox, but that’s also cause Dr. Kinaly is caring and thorough enough to undo the damage caused by the other doctors, like detoxing me off of harmful meds, or fixing my torn up gut that was caused by the G.I. giving me two harsh meds without good enough supplements to counteract it. You don't have to take my word for it, but just looking at the facts and the numbers, my blood is substantially better, my energy is better, I CAN EAT WHAT I WANT. She told me in our first appointment "you shouldnt have to avoid foods to feel better, I want to get you better to where you can eat what you did before" and you know what? she did. The claims other doctors made that I became lactose intolerant, that I was eating wrong, turned out to be false. But Dr. Kinaly was the only one caring enough to uncover the truth. And I'm excited to know what the future treatment holds

To say that Dr Kinaly has been a lifesaver seems an understatement, she truly has been a godsend! A year ago it felt as though our family hit rock bottom as our 10 year old daughter spiraled out of control with her behavior and health. Little did we know at the time that she had PANS/PANDAS. Today our daughter is not only happy and healthy but a joy to be around again and it is thanks to Dr. Kinaly! Dr. Kinaly is both brilliant and kind, she truly has a heart of gold. From the beginning she has been so encouraging and so positive...She always takes the time to hear our concerns and answer our questions, not moving forward with treatment until we are comfortable with it. Her choice of treatments have been very effective and at the same very gentle. Dr Kinaly is so knowledgeable in PANS/PANDAS, she leaves no stone unturned. Her office staff has been absolutely wonderful as well...They have all been there to support our family each step of the way. We could not recommend Dr Kinaly and her practice more! We have our daughter back, our hearts are full and we will forever be grateful!

I am not sure where my son would be without Dr. Kinaly. She has helped him so much in the last 8 years. She is an amazing doctor, very knowledgeable, and has an excellent bed side manner. Her clinic provides a very comfortable atmosphere and her staff is always helpful and welcoming. I love her treatment approach because she looks at the whole body and not just the symptoms. My family will be forever thankful for her!

Doc Mae and her staff have assisted me in feeling the best I've felt since healing from cancer. Very thorough blood work found my deficiencies and working as a team we found the right holistic supplements that work for me, and I was able to purchase them at her office.
