I found Melissa and Intelligent Health by accident, and now I tell everyone about her. After years of issues I have found someone who actually listens and doesn't just throw pills at a problem. If you want to dial in your health, do what my wife and I both did and schedule a visit with Melissa.

Melissa has been an absolute godsend! After a little medical scare made me realize I’m not invincible I decided to take my lab results to Melissa. I am not a fan of regular doctors offices or hospitals so that’s why I went to her. She showed me that I was going down the same road that led to my mom battling heart issue for the last 20 years of her life and passing away at 65. I did not want to follow the standard path of prescription drugs to lower my numbers and essentially hide the problem. Melissa took a more natural approach and spoke to me the way that I can understand to get a plan together. From February 16th to December 1st, I went from 296lbs to 212lbs. I’ve been able to quit taking my blood pressure meds, my cholesterol meds, and others. And all I’m doing is following a basic diet plan (no food restrictions, thank god) taking vitamins and supplements. She listens, cares, and most importantly educates me and all her clients. Go see her and she will help you with whatever health needs you have.
