This pharmacy was amazing!! William stayed late to make sure I got a prescription before I went on vacation and truly went above and beyond. Could not recommend him enough!
Considering our company has probably spent thousands of dollars with them in the last couple of years, I would expect to get friendly and professional customer service over the phone. Unfortunately that is never the case when I speak the rude older receptionist. Seems constantly agitated over the phone and not happy that we are contributing significantly to her paycheck.
Moody people with attitudes. Website inaccuracies. When I went to pick up an RX I politely asked about insurance billing, I was barked at rudely "WE DON'T BILL INSURANCE" I'm sorry I proactively read your stupid website for information. I also had a medication application question which required some woman pharmacist to be bothered, and the first thing she did was cut me off with her rude mouth related to them not billing insurance. I chose to not put either of these grumpy people in their places; rather I paused for her interruption of my question, let her finish squalling about billing, then asked the medication question. I was a first time customer, picking up an Rx for my wife after driving 45 mins to get there. After visiting the website I was interested in some other services for myself. However, after being treated like an inconvenience and getting barked at by both people- we promptly took our business elsewhere and never looked back. Glad you are successful enough to run off new business. Good luck with that continuing in today's marketplace. Sandford- that was the cranky old bat. And their website is still advertising direct insurance billing months after I was told that's incorrect.
I've had nothing but good experience with Dr Hollis. He spoke to me at length the first time I used him, about the effects of a new medication he compounded for me. I was referred to him by one of my other doctors, and glad I was. I've had them mail my meds, and picked them up in person on several occasions. I find the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. I found his prices to be very fair compared to other pharmacy's for the same medicine.
My favorite compounding pharmacy! The pharmacist has been incredibly helpful for the complex needs of my patients.
