An auto accident left one shoulder in chronic pain, with a limited range-of-motion besides. Dr. Jamali was referred to me and I found him to be one of the best surgeons ever! Grateful is an understatement now 3 months post-surgery. As time goes by, and I regain my ROM, I hear more and more testimonials for him. I wish I could clone him for others. Thank you so much Dr. Jamali. You ARE the angel.

Amazing physician and surgeon. After having several hip surgeries with a popular orthopedic in Folsom, my boyfriend need yet another. We came to see Dr. Jamali for his hip replacement/revision surgery... Dr. Jamali has hands down the best bedside manor of any physician i have ever met. My boyfriend was a physician, and I know many. The day after Dr. Jamali performed surgery my boyfriend said he felt better than he had for the previous two years. And everyday got back to 100%. Dr. Jamali is a true specialist. The best of the best. His credentials are outstanding. Highly encourage any one to see him.

This review has nothing to do with the doctor as I was never able to get an appointment. However, it's for the office staff and specifically the new patient coordinator. I originally contacted the JPI in October of 2017 and spoke with the new patient coordinator. I was asked to email my insurance cards, which I did, and was told they'd contact me after reviewing them. After a few weeks I emailed and called again, in which I was told by the receptionist that the new patient coordinator was unavailable and would contact me. That never happened... I got busy with the holidays and followed up again in January and told the receptionist that I've tried to schedule an appointment several times. They apologized and said they'd personally contact me if the new patient coordinator did not. Here we are in February, several weeks later and I still have not heard back from the receptionist, the new patient coordinator, or anyone at JPI. This is incredibly frustrating when you need to have some health issues addressed. I'm very disappointed by the staff at JPI and their complete lack of follow through or concern with new patients. I personally would just take your business elsewhere in the Sacramento area which has some other great practices with staff and doctors that actually care about you. Hope this review helps. I want to make clear that this review has nothing to do with the doctor. I read the review posted by Ryan T and the same exact thing happened to me last year. Could not have stated it better myself. I will never understand how a medical office could be run this way!

WONDERFUL DOCTOR WITH AWESOME BEDSIDE AND PATIENT MANNERS WITH COMPASSION AND HE REALLY HEARS HIS PATIENTS NEEDS. I HAVE SEARCHED FOR QUITE SOMETIME FOR THE RIGHT DOCTOR TO TAKE PROPER CARE OF MY OTHER LEG. THIS DOCTORS AN ANGEL SENT FROM GOD TO BRING BALANCE AND PEACE TO MY TWO BAD LEGS. I DID THE OTHER LEG WITH ANOTHER WALNUT CREEK DOCTOR ABOUT 18 MONTHS AGO AND WENT THROUGH A NIGHTMARE THAT I AM VERY UPSET WITH BECAUSE OF THE INJUSTICE. I HAVE FAITH THAT DOCTOR JAMALI WILL BRING JUSTICE TO THE BALANCE OF MY LEGS WITH HIS AWESOME EXPERTISE. JUST LIKE HE SAYS IN HIS VIDEOS.... HE TAKES PRIDE IN REALLY LISTENING TO THE PATIENTS NEEDS.... BESIDES WHO KNOWS YOU AS WELL AS YOU AS WE ALL LIVE WITH OUR PAINS AND ACHES AND THE DOCTOR GETS FIRST HAND INFO SO HE CAN DO THE BEST HE CAN TO REALLY HELP YOU. THANK GOD FOR DR. AMIR JAMALI FOR BEING THE GREAT DOCTOR HE IS. I HAVE REAL HIGH HOPES OF AN EXCEPTIONAL OUTCOME AFTER SURGERY.
