Jolley's Compounding Pharmacy

I really tried to like Jolley’s Pharmacy, but my experience was extremely disappointing. My son depends on a medication he cannot go without. A full week before it ran out, I was told they would transfer the prescription from our previous pharmacy. I trusted them. A week later, I was told there was no prescription on file. I was given conflicting information and reassured multiple times that it was being handled, but nothing was done. When I contacted the original pharmacy myself, they confirmed they did have the prescription, and my son was able to get his medication immediately. Because of the lack of transparency, poor communication, and the risk this caused to my child’s health, I will not be returning.

These guys went above and beyond for me. Had to fill my prescription that was sent to Walgreens... Walgreens sent me to Jolleys.. went to jolleys and I had no paperwork or anything. Jollleys staff asked me who what where and got on the phone with Walgreens then next my Dr's office and got it all figured out for me. Thank you ps best park was sitting in the free massage chair for 30 mins while they were sorting my situation

I’m happy with this pharmacy location, the fact that they are local and also compounding. What has made my experience less than a five star experience are the hours. They open at 9 am, and close at 6pm. It’s nearly impossible to get to the pharmacy during business hours if you work a 9-5 that requires a commute. Or god forbid you work later. While they are open on Saturdays, they close by 2:00pm. The convenience of this pharmacy significantly low when it comes to hours. I’ve had several months that I cannot pick up my medication because I got there minutes after 6 pm. Please adjust your hours. One hour earlier or later would make a difference.

They have the greatest, friendliest, most professional staff. They go above and beyond. It’s so refreshing to find a locally owned and operated shop with staff that care and are competent! This place is great! Support local!
