I’m a healthcare provider who had lingering shoulder issues for the past 10 years. Old injury that never healed right. MRI confirmed a partial tear in my labrum that never fully healed. I was skeptical about stem cells because there hadn’t been much peer reviewed data to prove its efficacy. However, surgery was not an option I was willing to explore and PT by itself was not helping. I knew that this was no guarantee, but I was willing to give it a shot. I am 4 months post op right now and I am thrilled with the results. My shoulder pain is almost entirely gone and I’m able to perform motions that I had avoided for years. I don’t have post operative imaging to show if there has actually been any regeneration and I can’t be sure that this injury wont flare up again in the future, but I am extremely pleased with the results thus far. Dr. Pope with his team did a fantastic job and made for a very easy and pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend them if you are looking at alternatives to avoid surgery.
I initially went to Manhattan to discuss my charity event " Ride for Vets", not really giving much thought to any treatment. I was completely impressed by what followed upon my arrival. I was greeted by a support group of individuals who like me were interested in helping veterans. What I got that I didn't expect was a treatment for my neuropathy. Truly amazing best describes my experience. The best part of which is now, that two months have gone by the numbness and tingling in my feet has vastly improved. It feels great to have that feeling again. Thank you to all the staff at KC Rehab.
I have been really impressed with all of the staff that I've met. The people behind this company were once patients and really believe/understand the value of stem cell therapy as an alternative to surgeries. Despite not being covered by insurance, there are financing options and I would suggest anyone considering knee, hip or other joint replacement surgery to learn about Kansas Regenerative Medicine and their stem cell treatment options. The location is easy to get to (not far from 435 and Roe), and the facilities are brand new. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Price is what it is, but it's hard to knock the cost when it's about quality of life and shortening recovery times.
I had my stem cell procedure six months ago in mid January, as I approach mid July I am pain free in my bad knee. I started a nutrition plan at the same time I had the stem cell procedure done and have lost 50 pounds. I am fully mobile again and getting ready to go to Alaska on a fishing trip.
I did a LOT of research before choosing KRMC for stem cell therapy. The pain from a bulging disc that I'd been dealing with for years was gone in two months. My rotator cuff took longer to feel results but it was worth the wait. If you're considering stem cell therapy, be sure to talk with the team at KRMC!!
