Kelley-Ross Capitol Hill Pharmacy feels like one of those rare neighborhood pharmacies where service actually feels personal. The staff are knowledgeable, patient, and willing to take the time to answer questions instead of rushing you through the line. It’s not just a quick prescription stop — there’s a sense of community here. In a busy area like Capitol Hill, that kind of attentive, human service really stands out.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this pharmacy and the team there! Mac, Jasmine, Annalisa, and Than have been amazing to work with! I was having issues with vaccination coverage, and they were so patient, kind, understanding, and helpful. They were able to get me in same-day for one shot and took care of scheduling me to receive the other shot at another location in less than 2 days. Everything was very clean and efficient during the vaccination process, and I felt very safe and seen. 10/10 recommend! Thank you to the Kelley-Ross team!
The address is incorrect or at a minimum, confusing. The pharmacy is accessed via an intercom located in a doorway on Bellevue Ave underneath the LGBTQ+ neon sign. Even after using the intercom, it may be 2-5 minutes before someone comes to greet you. You exit the facility through a door on 400 East Pine. After figuring out how to gain access to the pharmacy, the service there is good and the staff is friendly.
I definitely recommend the travel clinic here. The whole process is super smooth and convenient, and everyone I interacted with was compassionate! The prices are very reasonable for the patients. The person who gave me the vaccine expressed excitement for me and gave me good advice for my trip. The injections didn’t even hurt too much. The phone menu isn’t a labyrinth like some others; it just has one set of three options. Someone answers the phone right away. The one thing that’s not good is the parking situation. If you’re driving, be prepared to spend time looking for parking. I think I’ll take public transit next time.
This pharmacy/clinic is amazing. They do all kinds of queer services and will make sure you have everything you need, and will coordinate booking appointments together (like PrEP, STI, and hormones) to make it easier on the patient. They help you get PrEP and all associated appointments free through a WA DOH program. They mail prescriptions if needed. The providers are really great, and do their absolute best to meet your specific needs. They also coordinate with the Seattle LGBTQ Center (Gay City) to make the whole process easier. They also do their lab tests super fast.
