Keyes Drug

This pharmacy deserves many shout outs!! It is the best. People are so kind, friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. You can actually reach a pharmacist and the front desk without waiting 40 mins. No 1/2 waits to pick up meds. It is a delight and everyone is competent and friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend it more highly.

If you haven’t visited Keyes Pharmacy in Auburndale, you need to give them a try. You will be pleasantly surprised. The staff delivers service above and beyond what is expected! They are courteous, prompt and efficient. Thank you, Keyes Pharmacy, for your outstanding service!

While recovering from back surgery I had a late in the day negative reaction to the pain medication I'd been prescribed by my physician. My physician contacted Keyes Drug with a new prescription. With closing time approaching, the Keyes staff immediately processed the prescription and alerted me it was ready for pickup; allowing my wife to pick it up in a timely fashion so I never missed a dose. Keyes Drug -- dedicated to top notch customer service.

I really like this pharmacy ⚕️ especially because they deliver. Unfortunately they have a very rude young male ♂️ pharmacist who works there and answers the phone 📱 occasionally... I'm as sweet as pie 🥧 and no 🚫 matter what he is ALWAYS rude. He's the reason I only gave 4 stars ✨

Friendliest staff! Needed to get candles and they didn’t have any in store but gave me some of their surplus candles they had in the back! If I lived here I would def come here for my prescriptions. They did have birthday bags and cards.
