King Pharmacy & Compounding LLC

King Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy I have ever been to. They consistently treat you like you are their most important customer and truly go above and beyond anything I’ve experienced at a big chain pharmacy. The staff is always polite, efficient, and consistent, my prescriptions are always in stock on refill day, and their pricing is excellent—often better than the large chains. No more being told one thing by one pharmacist and something completely different by another. I stopped using CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, and even Publix due to long wait times, out-of-stock medications, and constant frustration. None of that happens at King Pharmacy. They also offer shipping and curbside pickup, which is incredibly convenient. Being locally owned and operated truly makes a difference, and the pharmacy is always immaculately clean. I would never go anywhere else.

This is the best pharmacy that I've ever used. Shady and his team are wonderful, they know you by name. They have done all of my regular prescriptions and compounds. They have the meds filled on time and ready when needed- no calling the day of to hope to order controlled substances like the Walgreens. Their service and prices for compounds are worth driving to Palm Harbor for. I LOVE King Pharmacy! (I still wish you would open a St Pete location!)

King Pharmacy is the absolute best pharmacy that I’ve ever been to… Far superior than any large, corporate or big chains!!! After the frustration of dealing with Walgreens (some are much better than others… the one I went to was horrific) and the terrible customer service, extremely long wait times, both on the phone and in store, the shortages and disorganization.. King pharmacy is just that much more impressive! Everyone is so helpful, efficient, thorough and professional and medications are always in stock and available almost immediately. Thanks for the great staff!

This pharmacy goes above and beyond with personalized care. We were battling to get a medication and they took the time to find sources and order the medication that the big pharmacies were all on back orders. Fast, friendly service!
