Lakeside Pharmacy & Compounding Lab

I have had a wonderful experience using this pharmacy. Their pharmacists text, which is incredibly convenient when I am working during the day and cannot answer my phone. They let you know when compounding is complete, and when it ships. I live a couple hours away and shipping took 1 day. And they put a cute little bag of jelly beans in with my medicine 😁

Fabulous customer service! I had a situation with a shipment (the carriers fault; not the pharmacy’s) and they went beyond the call of duty to help me get a replacement and file a claim with the carrier. Very pleased and thankful!

The pharmacists and staff are outstanding. My obgyn trusts them explicitly, so I know the quality of their work stands above others in our area. As a consumer, I have never had an experience with a pharmacy that comes close. Pharmacists and staff are prompt, efficient, and friendly & go above and beyond throughout the process from order to delivery. Truly outstanding.

The owner of the pharmacy is the most unprofessional arrogant businessman. I went in today to take back a compounded medication that his employees told me they would not fill on December 8th. They said they would wait for my December 10th appointment to see if my Dr changed my prescription. On December 10th the doctor did in fact change the prescription and the pharmacy filled and sent it. On December 16 apparently they decided to send me the prescription they had filled and charged me for from December 8th. I received it on Dec 20. I went in to discuss misunderstanding with the owner he proceeded to ask me “this was filled on the 8th why are now coming in?” I said i did not know you filled it. I didn’t know you charged me. I didn’t receive it until I came home from the holidays on January 4. His response “ I am the best in the business and I have 25 employees. If you call and talk to one of them i have no way of knowing or proving that”. Mind you this is a medication he pays $12 for and charges $68. Incredibly unprofessional. Trust me you are not the only game in town.

I cannot express enough how absolutely amazing this pharmacy is. Their operations and workflow are on point, the staff is so kind, professional and personable....Communication is wonderful and they sent a special little goodie with the meds, which were delivered quickly. Highly recommend and have to say I am extremely impressed!!!! 🙌💃
