They promise you would facial. The video online shows a $249 facial for $79 for 1st visit. The video shows steaming deep cleaning a mask, all kinds of facial stuff for $79 and when you get there, they tell you there’s only a handheld red light therapy for 45 minutes that they do and then you can buy the equipment online. A total scam. Don’t believe them. Very disappointing. False advertising and they should be checked into.
I made an appointment with Ashley, this would have been my first appointment at Lumera. They asked for a deposit, fine. I never received anything to sign, nor was I told that my deposit was non-refundable. Ashley left the practice (I can guess why now), they moved my appointment to another injector (which I wonder if they even would have told me if I hadn’t texted and asked), I cancelled with a week’s notice because I chose a specific injector and my appointment was no longer with that person. They have refused to give me a refund for the $300 deposit I put down now saying it was “non-refundable.” Other client’s I know who go (went) there have never had to put a deposit down. I feel scammed. This is super unethical and just bad business. I understand why deposits exist, but changes to the appointment on the businesses end are not it. I would never step foot in this business after this experience. 0/10 do not recommend. Editing to add: the front desk concierge crew have been AMAZING. A manager has never once reached out to me, but has made their team do the hard stuff. I’ve been told a refund has been issued.
They are terrific. From the attentive front desk that’s great at getting you scheduled to the beautiful aesthetic, beverage service, prompt appointments, beautiful style and knowledgeable medical staff. I’ve been coming here for several years and they are everything I would recommend for women that their doctor may not be educated about. Better care in midlife equals freedom.
Had a great experience at Lumera for my first ever Moxi treatment! I was nervous going in but every staff member did their best to make me feel comfortable and educated to the process. My esthetician, Carol Taylor, continually checked in with my comfort level and told me exactly what she was doing and what was remaining. I was provided with excellent information on post care and on my second day after treatment things are going exactly as expected. HIGHLY recommend both Carol and this office for a professional, knowledgeable and experienced staff!
Nice people, clean and cute vibes inside, professional, all the good things!! Had a couple laser hair treatments so far with Addie and she has such good bedside manners. I never feel uncomfortable and she always checks in to see if I’m doing ok through the whole process. Front desk staff are great too! Karina, Marco, all of them!
