I have almost been on Compound Tirz for 4 weeks, moving up to 5mg, they are very communicative and kind. Shipping was fast and I have lost 7 lbs and minimal side effects with the medication (you have to have healthier lifestyle changes and eat & hydrate). I appreciate them being here for a safe and affordable option for those who have to pay out of pocket.

This pharmacy takes an extremely long time to process prescriptions. Their process is antiquated. The delay with trying to contact the patient for a week slows down the process. It should be understood that if a patient is checking in with the pharmacy to see if their prescription is available for refills, that there is no need to call the patient 5 times to ask if the patient wants the prescription refilled. My patient has been waiting for a prescription to be filled for more than a week. The process is definitely broken. Delay tactics are never beneficial when medication is involved. Please fix this issue.

I had my first experience with MediVera while picking up my prescription. The price was reasonable. The man who took care of my order and payment was very friendly and helpful. He politely answered any questions I had. He smiled, and presented himself like someone who enjoys his job as he helps the customers. MediVera has a very welcoming atmosphere. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I would not recommend using this pharmacy. I used their automated system for a refill by using the Rx number as directed and a week later I had to call them to find out why I hadn’t received my medication. They didn’t have any record of the refill request. I shared that I was now out of the medication and going out of town soon. They said that the processing time was 24-48 hours and gave me a price for expediting shipping (not expediting the processing). The rep didn’t offer any real solutions to expedite the order and take responsibility for their system failing, including taking care of the expedited shipping. Her lack of customer service and not understanding my point that this was due to their oversight only made me more frustrated. I’ll be calling my doctor to use another pharmacy going forward.

Made arrangements to move my prescriptions back to them from a different pharmacy. Drove over 2.5 hours in a snow storm one way to pick it up to have them tell me it wasn't ready after specifically making arrangements 48 hours before to have them ready. Now I am driving back without my prescriptions and still in the snow storm. Very disappointed. Updated: The responce from the pharmacy is not what transpired. They may want to check the video and sound of what happens at their counters. Their staff offered no concessions and when I asked for the prescription they told me she would give it to me with the word VOID in it. I walked away as she was yelling at me.
