I first met Dr. Krecz to start my weight loss journey and was hesitant at first but he instantly put me at ease about the entire process and explained everything in great detail. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. He provided a grocery list which will make meal prepping much easier. I'm excited to see the weight loss over the coming weeks/months and to continue my journey with this doctor. It’s been about a year since I started with Dr. Krecz and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve lost 50+ pounds , look better, feel better and have a lot more energy. The most amazing thing in all of this, which I didn’t realize when I started was that several of the medications I was once on, I no longer need to take. My high blood pressure is gone. My high cholesterol is gone, and my A1C is normal. What an added benefit just from loosing weight. I would recommend this program with Dr. Krecz to anyone and everyone who might be thinking about loosing weight for any reason. As I said, I couldn’t be happier!!!!
